Your Hands Will Never Be Normal

Now, here's something I bet your doctor never told you. Your hands will stop sweating after the surgery, BUT you are now going to have a range of new problems with your hands which you never had before. Firstly, all the natural moisture normally contained within your hands is going to dry up as well. This means your hands will become really dry and slippery and you're going to find it difficult to grip onto stuff.
Just being able to hold onto everyday items is going to become a whole lot harder. I have lost count of the number of times I have had to get the screen on my cell phone replaced due to the number of times I have dropped it since my surgery. In fact, I often have to wear gloves to carry out normal every day tasks which were never a problem in the past. Having slippery hands is certainly not the end of the world but it does get quite annoying after a while. And yes, applying moisturizer does help, but your hands will never be quite the same as what they were before the surgery.
But that's not all...
