This meant that ETS was really the only option available at that time.<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Nowdays, there is a range of non-invasive treatments available which include oral medications, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miradry.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">MiraDry<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">&nbsp;and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dermadry.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Dermadry\/iontophoresis<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"> which are all quite successful in reducing sweating WITHOUT the side-effects brought on by ETS. This means that s<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">ince the early 2000&#8217;s, ETS surgery has made a steady decline and is no longer common place or even recommended as a treatment for problem sweating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">This is why so many modern day GP&#8217;s and medical specialists have never even heard of ETS surgery.
